The absolute shining star of our time at the Childbirth Center was Lindsay. There are no words to adequately describe the level of expert care and kindness Lindsay showed to us during our stay. From her professionalism, knowledge, and expertise to making sure our full-head-of-hair little one was shampooed, to making us laugh during difficult times, and taking care to listen to and anticipate my needs as a patient, she embodies the essence of what it means to be an advocate for patients. During an overwhelming time, Lindsay's wisdom and experience was a compass that helped us navigate unsure waters. To say she went "above and beyond" her duties is an understatement. We couldn't have asked for anything more in terms of our care and both of us consider the standard Lindsay set as the #1 reason we would recommend St. Joe's to friends and family.
