I would like to nominate Lindsay for the DAISY Award for the incredible care she provided to my grandmother and our entire family while my grandmother was in hospice. During an extremely difficult and emotional time, Lindsay constantly went above and beyond to make sure that not only my grandmother, but my family was taken care of. She brought pain medications immediately when they were needed, made sure my family had water and basic comfort, and even personally faxed necessary forms so we didn't have to worry about logistics when we were already overwhelmed. She truly took every burden off of us that she possibly could.

I can confidently say that Lindsay is exceptional. The level of care, advocacy, and humanity she showed my family represents nursing at its very best. We will always remember the comfort that she provided during one of the hardest times of our lives. We are incredibly grateful for Lindsay.
