Linda is the nurse educator for the pre and post op department. She works diligently to keep the staff up to date on the latest and greatest developments in healthcare. In the ever-changing environment that we live in, this constant flow of valuable information is crucial to the success of the staff in our department.

Linda is more than just an educator. She is a team player, an excellent nurse, and a valuable member of our department. She takes patient assignments, manages to ensure that all of the staff members are up to date with their continuing education and licensure requirements, holds in-services with pertinent information and encourages staff members to further their education, all with a smile! She recently received a DAISY award nomination from a patient that she took care of. He wrote:

"I thought Linda Z. was so professional and caring. Her demeanor was truly great. This was a wonderful experience considering. Way to go Linda."
