Lina Zughbaba, BSN, RN, OCN

Lina is a an excellent, compassionate Nurse. I faced a heartbreaking report of a disease that can make a person lose their mind with concern, questions, uncertainties, doubts, and everything else. I had to undergo radiation treatment and that’s where I met Lina. We’ve met before because we’re both nurses at NorthBay, casually chit-chat when we cross paths. I haven’t seen her since and it’s too bad I get to see her again but in a different environment. The excitement of seeing each other again was seen in her eyes and demeanor. As she proceeded to take care of me with my treatment, I see a different person interacting with me with professionalism, and deep concern for my health. I felt at ease with her as she gave me the confidence to fight my battle together with her. My concerns, doubts, and being frightened of the unknown were taken care of. I thank her for her deep concern emotionally, religiously, and medically and for being the advocate for my well-being. It really meant a lot to me emotionally, spiritually, and in every way to get me on the right path of healing. Your organization is lucky to have this Extraordinary Nurse.
