Lilliana Graef is an exceptional nurse and has taken care of our daughter on many occasions throughout her current stay. She is unbelievably on top of things, organized, thorough, extremely clean, and incredibly kind. She is knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all of our many questions without ever being dismissive. Lilly advocates for our daughter and always keeps her best interests in mind. She is caring and considerate, going out of her way to do extra things for our daughter, like making her an adorable name sign and even making one for her brother. The immense amount of relief that Lilly brings us when she is taking care of our daughter is immeasurable. She exemplifies what every nurse should be, and we feel blessed to have her take care of our daughter.
