...Letty seems to embody an endless amount of care and compassion for her patients at all times. In addition to her strong nursing skills and expertise, you can see that Letty treats her patients as she would her own loved one. Whether it is trying to make an infant smile for the first time (which she is often successful at!) or comforting a parent who is worried about their child, Letty always seems to know just what to do.

Letty's caring doesn't stop at her patients because she is often taking care of her colleagues as well. She will often bring everyone snacks in case they haven't had a chance to eat that day, and you can always find her helping out a busy colleague because she wants to make sure that every patient and nurse are well taken care of. Letty is truly an inspiration to work with and is recognized by her patients as well as her colleagues for her genuine care and compassion.
