I recently broke my left hip, and after surgery required skilled nursing in my home. Your team provided that service, and I would like to ask that you recognize the excellence of the RN who provided my care. Loja Sarason, RN, is the nurse to whom I refer. As an RN myself of over 35 years, I can attest to her clinical knowledge and ability. Both are important aspects of care, but beyond this, I’ve found her to be compassionate and caring in a way that requires a personal investment that often gets lost in the healthcare field. Loja is always a bright spot in my day, a few moments of uplifting encouragement and even laughter that bring so much light on days when the world seems a little grey. I've reflected more than once that her presence brings its own uplifting moments, and I've not only benefitted by the care she provides, but also the friendship she offers. Please thank Loja for me and acknowledge her contribution to the team of which she is a part. She’s no doubt an excellent employee, and I can attest that she’s a wonderful caregiver.
