The thing that stood out most is the “I’m here for you " attitude that she has. I was drenched in feces when I came in and was ashamed. I was determined to clean myself, but I physically could not. She was patient and let me do what I could do; then she made me feel comfortable and finished cleaning me.

It got to the point that when I would see her face in the morning, I felt a sense of relief in knowing I would be taken care of every time, like family. She came in with a positive, caring demeanor every time!
