Lee Ann was absolutely amazing. Our daughter was diagnosed with RSV and Bronchiolitis. She was back and forth from stable to having episodes, some of which were very scary to watch as a mother. Lee Ann was calm, cool, and collected the whole time. She explained everything to me in detail and informed me of what was going to happen before it happened. Most importantly, she provided exceptional care to our daughter. She was patient with her (and us!) and tried everything she could possibly think of to prevent her from getting transferred out to a tertiary PICU location. We’re not quite healed yet, but I think she was integral in getting our daughter to the point of being on the up-swing. You can tell how much she was born to do this. She’s no-nonsense, and she cares so much for her patients and their families. It is so appreciated and was such a relief to have her as our daughter’s nurse!
