When you think of Lee Albanese-Alhorn the word grateful comes to mind. Riverside Community Hospital is grateful for the expertise she provided by leading our Education Department and our initial Transplant Program. She has influenced the care of every patient by pouring her heart and skill into the onboarding of each new nursing colleague. We are grateful because Lee’s passion to provide excellent care spills over to every caregiver here at RCH. We are grateful because her careful orchestration of competency standards has ensured perfect audits from our regulatory bodies. We are grateful because she poured love into each educator, ensuring they are well represented, valued, and cared for as a team. Lee cares about each of her educators personally and professionally. When it comes down to it, we are grateful to her for 26 years of dedicated service to the staff and community of Riverside Community Hospital.
