As a band 6, she:

• Made herself a contact point – always available for troubleshooting
• Was integral in getting Bookwise up and running cross site – supported and problem solved all sites

Leanne is recognised by her team as a great leader and role model, evidenced in revalidation/ thank you cards, and, I believe, a worthy candidate for the DAISY Nurse Leader Award.
