When my husband arrived, she personally carried the large, heavy bag filled with gasoline-soaked clothes, motorcycle boots, and his helmet all the way to the emergency room exit. She stayed with me and waited until he arrived, ensuring we were supported every step of the way.

Lavinia went far beyond providing excellent medical care. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine concern touched me deeply as a mother watching her child in pain.
