Lauri has been my home Telehealth coach for quite a while. I have always had difficulty sticking to a plan to reduce my weight and control my diabetes. With her coaching and guidance, I have lost 50 pounds and have better control of my A1c. She reviews my data regularly and calls me if she sees something that is a bit off plan. She guides me to other VA resources for other issues I mention to her.

She has been instrumental in the success of my path towards better health. I am a huge procrastinator and Lauri’s help has gotten me to form much better habits resulting in my overall health betterment.
