A patient called from her car at the time of her appointment, reporting that she was acutely bleeding and unable to get out of the vehicle. Lauren immediately notified the APP and took the initiative to locate the patient, demonstrating outstanding emergency preparedness and calm under pressure. She quickly assessed the patient's condition and determined that an emergency room transfer was necessary for her safety.

Lauren's decisive actions, clear communication, and composure ensured the patient and her newborn were safely transported for urgent evaluation. Her response exemplified teamwork, patient-centered care, and clinical excellence.
