Lauren was my nurse the first night after having my baby. She made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable and rest. She was able to explain everything to me in ways I could understand and walked me through my first night of breastfeeding. On night two, Lauren was not my nurse, but she heard my baby girl crying and came in right away to check on us. She helped me through spoon feeding and different ways to hold a baby that might be more comfortable. After baby was settled, she listened to me when I told her I was feeling down. She gave me the encouragement I needed to get through the night and to continue learning with my baby. I don’t know how long Lauren has been here, but she is amazing at helping new parents feel listened to and seen. Anyone who has Lauren as their nurse is extremely lucky. I can’t thank her enough for her time and advice.
