During my husband's visit, we had a major communication breakdown between the specialist and the hospital. When Lauren, Nurse Leader, came, she escalated the situation and kept reporting back to us. She did a lot of digging to see where the communication had broken down and always updated us on what was happening. She continued to update us and check on us after surgery. Lauren made us feel heard and not like a number.
