Lauren has proven time after time her impact on our supportive care population. I know that my patients are in such good hands when it's time to have those deep and difficult conversations, whether it is about palliative care, goals of care, or even hospice.

Lauren has such a calming manner that I know it makes a huge impact on our patients. Just recently, Lauren took an escalation of mine and asked promptly. She was able to have a deep conversation with someone who was truly struggling with the thought of dying and wanted to discuss further into hospice.

Lauren was able to be that resource for him and was able to get him an informative call with hospice the same day. I know she has worked wonders for our patients, setting them up to ensure their needs are met, their wishes are carried out, and most importantly, they are respected and at peace.

I truly feel so blessed to be able to work with her and refer her to my most vulnerable population, as I know the difference she will make for them.
