This lady is incredible, she did everything under her power to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible in a very bad situation. She is kind, caring and so very compassionate. I felt safe and secure with her as my caregiver. She is truly a cornerstone of the culture here. She has a skill set and a bedside manner that stand far above most. Because of her knowledge, professionalism, and bedside manner, she makes everything seem effortless. She is truly the definition of a caregiver. On a personal note Laura I hope you get this as I wanted to say goodbye to you but I left about 2 hours before you came on duty. I'm going to miss you and I'm going to take you up on that heaven-met beverage sometime. I feel so very lucky that you were my caregiver. I will never forget the way that you took care of me and made a very bad situation tolerable. I put you in my prayer group and will pray for you every day. You are a true asset to this facility and the patients you care for.  You're so good at what you do and you need to be recognized. I hope the people who read this actually pay attention and know that they are welcome to call me any time and I'll tell them exactly what I think of Laura. I hope to see you in Kroger someday. I'm actually crying as I write this because I know how much you care. I truly know how much you did for me and cared for me and my family and we thank you. Thanks for being a professional, and thanks for being Laura.  I was in a terrible situation that got worse but she took care of everything and that is why I stayed only because of Laura. She is a team player that needs to be recognized. Love you, kid!
