I would like to recognize this nurse for her extraordinary care, compassion, and clinical expertise. From the moment she began caring for me, it was clear she brings both skill and heart to her work.

I am known to have extremely difficult veins, and yet this nurse was able to start an IV on the first attempt and not just one, but two days in a row. This speaks volumes about her clinical proficiency and confidence. What impressed me even more, however, was her genuine compassion and attentiveness.

Laura is a phenomenal listener. She validated every concern I voiced, no matter how small, and made me feel truly heard and cared for. She consistently checks in on me, making sure I am comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her laugh is contagious- it brought light to some tough moments and truly lifted my spirits.
