Laura was caring for our mum this year when she received a devastating cancer diagnosis. Laura has been there for mum and our family the whole way through, until being transferred to a different team of nurses to be looked after. Her composure, care, and listening skills are amazing.

She was so considerate of all of our questions and worries, and her knowledge was undoubtedly on point. She went above and beyond to get my mum's cancer treatment moved forward at Addenbrooke's. She is responsive to emails and calls, and communicates with a lovely balance of professionalism and being an easy person to talk to.
