Nurse Larry Rose was absolutely fantastic. My 3-year-old son is on the spectrum and soon to be evaluated for Autism and came in for a ruptured eardrum and infection.

From the absolute beginning, they made sure my son was okay with touching his ear for evaluation and talking to him calmly as they did their workup. My son is non-verbal, but you could tell that he trusted them with the way he responded to their actions and was not fearful. Mr. Larry also brought juice and snacks, both before and after my son had to receive a shot, which made it so much less traumatic. He was also very patient and gentle when he had to administer ear drops as well, waiting until my son had settled himself and was comfortable enough without shifting or being held down. Everything about our encounter today was absolutely amazing, and I cannot thank him and the doctor enough. A

As a special needs mom of 2 kids with many medical issues and appointments, it's truly a blessing to see someone who's a true light in this world, and Mr. Larry and the team he worked with today were absolutely that. Thank you!
