L’anza made it her priority to come in several times throughout the day. She helped me make a plan, and we improved every time.
L’anza was a breath of fresh air as a nurse during our stay after the birth of our child. She always came into the room with a big smile and a fantastic attitude. We had a miserable first night with our daughter and were physically and emotionally exhausted. L’anza came into the room that morning looking to go the extra mile. You can tell how much she loves the little ones and that she really cares about how mom and baby can thrive. She did everything she could to ease our stress. It was very obvious she has a significant amount of compassion and empathy for all of her patients, both big and small. We trusted her immediately because she was so eager to help us learn. She spent hours teaching us to breastfeed. This was so important to us because the whole night before, we weren’t able to.

Thanks to her efforts and positive attitude, as well as her dedication to excellent patient education, the baby is breastfeeding like a champ! Many times we felt discouraged about breastfeeding, and she never left the room without providing positive words like “You guys are doing excellent”. Her performance was admirable, and all nurses could learn a thing or two from her. It's obvious that she loves to help moms and babies thrive. She also took lots of time out of her busy day to prioritize our rest. Even though she was busy, she watched our daughter multiple times so we could rest. Thank you so much!
