Not only did he take exceptional care of my grandson, but he also ensured that he maintained the dignity my grandson deserved.
On one of the worst days of my life, my grandson was admitted to the unit. There was a lot of uncertainty and emotion surrounding the situation. Lance was his nurse almost the entire time. He was very kind and compassionate to our entire family. He helped us understand and cope with the severity of the situation.
Not only did he take exceptional care of my grandson, but he also ensured that he maintained the dignity my grandson deserved. Words cannot describe how much Lance did for our family or what he did for my grandson. Please recognize Lance for the phenomenal person he is.
