During my hospital stay, I was going through one of the most difficult times of my life. From the first day of my admission to the Medical-Surgical Unit on the 11th floor at King Hussein Cancer Center, my assigned nurse, "Lana," made a significant difference in my experience. She treated me as one of her family. She always entered my room with a warm smile, and that simple gesture brought me comfort and reassurance when I needed it most. Her genuine presence and professionalism eased my fear and uncertainty, helping me feel truly cared for and safe.
