She is compassionate, competent, confident, and deeply committed to her patients and their families.
My husband and I were truly blessed to have this nurse care for our newborn daughter, who was admitted to the NICU shortly after birth with respiratory distress, while I was still in the operating room, she stayed with my husband and supported him through a very overwhelming moment, she explained everything clearly, stayed close by, and helped calm his fears when he suddenly found himself facing the unexpected alone.

When I arrived in the NICU, she became the person I leaned on the most. Her gentle way of speaking, her smile, and the way she kept me informed made an incredibly difficult experience feel manageable. She made sure I understood what was happening and always took the time to reassure me as a mother. Her skill and confidence were clear in the way she cared for our daughter; she noticed every detail and always acted with purpose and calm, but what touched us most was her kindness.

She didn’t treat our daughter as just a patient; she cared for her with a warmth that felt genuine and personal. Even after her shift ended, she made sure we were okay before leaving. As an RN myself and as the Chief Nursing Officer at a military hospital, I can say without hesitation that she reflects everything the DAISY Award represents. She is compassionate, competent, confident, and deeply committed to her patients and their families.

Being in the Kingdom without our family, she became like family to us during those first difficult days. We will always be grateful for the comfort, safety, and love she gave to our precious baby girl.
