She always goes above and beyond for not only patients, but her staff as well. Whether she's in the clinic or off the clock, she is always ensuring that operations are running smoothly.

Due to her being a team lead, she is not on the floor as often, but she is constantly rounding the clinic and helping if there are any parts lacking the support that is needed.

She was recently making a schedule and allowed the staff that requested time off to be off. By doing this it caused her to be short a nurse, so she scheduled herself in that spot to work the floor. While she is a team lead, they're not expected to be on the floor as much, but she took the initiative to take on both roles without complaining. This showed how much she not only respected the clinic but also her employees. She could have easily declined time off or requested someone to come from another clinic, but she didn't. She did what a leader was supposed to do and made sure operations were still able to proceed without any mishaps.
