Lacie treats each patient with the utmost care and motivates them while they are here to work with PT, OT, and SLP, and is involved in their care.
#1 Lacie and her coworker were so helpful and caring, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and I really appreciate all of their help. Lacie was very caring and seemed to really care for her patience. She was a very efficient and on top of things.

Lacie treats each patient with the utmost care and motivates them while they are here to work with PT, OT, and SLP, and is involved in their care. It is apparent from getting report from her that her patients are well taken care of. She is an efficient nurse but prioritizes patient safety as well as satisfaction, and involves the family and caregivers in the care. Lacie treats her coworkers with kindness and is quick to help any nurse, patient or staff member. She is a great advocate for her patients and takes the time to address their needs and care once they leave the hospital.
***
Lacie, with a new grad in 2024, has excelled at her nursing skills, compassion, and teamwork on the MedSurg unit. Lacie interacts with the multidisciplinary team well, circles back with any discharge planning needs, informs the patient and their family of educational needs, care planning, and remains upbeat.
