First contact with Lacee was in the parking lot, directing me to the ER. She was our nurse and was very attentive and personable. Continue to check in. And, when things turned for the worse, my daughter walked out, made eye contact with her, and she knew… She contacted all staff, and all hands were on board. She calmed us all down and took care of me. Not only did she help save my life, but she has continued to come up to the ICU/PCU to make a visit. She is definitely amazing! As a nurse, knowledgeable bedside manner, and overall great person. She has made my family comfortable.
