Kylie Ramsden, RN

I was very impressed with the professional manner in which Kylie informed me about the procedure that I was about to undergo and the aftercare instructions that I needed to follow for caring for my wounds. She did it in a friendly, calm, and concise manner and when I had a question, she explained it in such a way that it made me feel much more confident and happier about the procedure. It was really nice to meet such a caring member of the team.
