Kurt comes in happy and talks to you like he's known you for years. Very happy, caring, and professional. His passion for his job shows every time I see him. He is always asking if I am ok and how was my weekend, very caring. He's excellent at caring about you, your family, and has good ethics. He knows if you're having a bad day and acts on it and asks if there is anything he can do. He takes his position as an RN faithfully and all nurses should be and act like Kurt. He is a good employee at St. James, everyone loves him, and he is always smiling.
