Krystle Schrock-Schmitt, RN

The recognition that we would like to give goes to Krystle. We were there for a heart catheterization for my husband. From the moment we arrived, she had the biggest smile on her face, greeted us, and immediately brought ease to a stressful situation. Once we were in the room, Krystle took the time to explain the entire procedure to us and again eased the stress we felt we were under at the time. She and my husband laughed a lot together, which made the situation easier as well. She was very personable and talked highly of the doctor that was doing the procedure and that we were in great hands. I feel like she needs to be recognized because finding someone with a good bedside manner can be hard to come by. She was extraordinary and called us both by our first names and really just took the time again to explain everything once the procedure was over and we came back to the post-op room. She was so pleased with the outcome and just encouraged my husband with the most positive outlook. I would definitely recommend CHI Saint Francis and Krystle for anyone who would need cardiology care.
