She provided a compassionate and supportive environment for the team during what could have been a difficult transition period. Krystle collaborated daily with Community Care leadership, Community Hospitals, PACT leadership, and supported many different roles, while keeping the Case Management team informed and up to date with direct and clear communication. Krystle took on the role as the co-chair for the national initiative for the Care Coordination Review Team, which is a full-time role that she continues to facilitate with apparent ease.
