Krystal she exemplifies what the DAISY Award means. After many months in the ICU with my husband, we were finally able to return home. Krystal dotted every "i" and crossed every "t" and made sure all of my husband’s medical prescriptions and supplies were sent to the pharmacy so they could be filled before we left the ICU. She not only was on top of her game in ensuring we have a smooth transition to home, but this ensured one less thing I had to worry about while preparing to leave the hospital.

This young lady is so humble and kind, and she is always willing to help and assist her coworkers whenever they need it. One more above-and-beyond thing she did was when I was sharing how we ended up in the ICU; I noticed she started to tear up a little, which proved to me even more that she had such a big heart and a divine zeal to help people. A quality like that is super rare these days, and I just wanted to acknowledge how blessed your team is to have her, and so were we.
