I have previous experiences of day case nursing in various hospitals and must commend her approach pre-procedure and after care during my stay at the Cleveland Clinic. It was quite exceptional.

Whilst my procedure was that of fitting a wireless pacemaker, Kriza was fully prepared to explain and demonstrate her skills in preparing me for surgery. After the surgery, she displayed a wide range of skills in stopping copious bleeding from the groin wound that posed several problems. Not the least was dealing with a patient with long-term thrombocytopenia and a wound in the groin with dressings requiring constant pressure.

Equally, her desire to attend to my needs when my wife and I arrived at the Clinic. Having also been helpful as she tried to find us food from the limited menus. Her dedication to looking after me and my wife is respected in her approach. The Cleveland Clinic has an amazing employee prepared to go above and beyond normal nursing parameters.
