I want to express my deepest gratitude to Nurse Kristy Taylor for her outstanding care provided. Her compassion, patience, and professionalism made a world of difference in my recovery and comfort.

From the smallest details, such as sitting on the bench outside and listening to my stories, to buying me my favorite hat in the canteen store, Kristy is the only nurse I would trust with everything I have. She approaches everything with kindness and confidence that immediately put me at ease. She listens to me and calls my doctors, social workers, or whoever I need anytime I ask.

She has advocated for me when I couldn't speak for myself. I needed some hearing aids and could not understand my doctor, so Kristy called the hearing aid department, made me an appointment, and now I have brand-new hearing aids. She makes sure that I am seen as a person and not just a patient. Kristy's dedication to her patients is genuine and nothing short of inspiring.
