Krissy was a great nurse. She listens well to needs and concerns. She is an advocate in making sure her patients are well taken care of. I never had to call her because she was checking on me so much.

She was never late with my meds, so I've been having a great, calm recovery. She showed me how to order food from mychart, which helped me because I was on hold for 20 minutes and wouldn't have been able to order if not for her. She checked all boxes when it came to my recovery. She was very informative and kind, all while being compassionate and funny.

She is such a cool nurse to have. I feel like I've known her forever, or that she is part of my family. She was engaging with my fiancé as well, which made him feel welcome. We were able to talk about motherhood and conversations regarding life when I go home, not being depressed, taking my time to heal, etc. She makes me feel very happy to have my child at MetroHealth because she stayed on top of everything.

I literally wanted for nothing. She's the perfect nurse to have and has the best personality. She was my favorite nurse on my care team, and she has been such a blessing. I would love to come across more nurses like her who love and care for the patients.
