At the end of October, and beginning of November, my daughter was receiving chemo in preparation for CAR T-cell therapy. She had horrible nausea. She received a lot of anti-nausea medication. One night, Kristin saw something concerning about A's heart. She wasn't sure if it was a problem or if it was nothing, but she called a Rapid Response just in case. It was determined that my daughter's heart had an irregular beat. She was moved to the ICU where she coded the next day and was fortunately brought back. I am so thankful to Kristin for being willing to err on the side of caution and call a Rapid Response. It got A to where she needed to be. Kristin has taken such good care of us every time we've stayed here over the last two years. She is a special nurse.
