Kristin was filling in for my nurse, who was slammed when I needed her. She came to my room and instantly made me feel safe and loved. She was exactly who I needed at this point in my life. She listened to me tell my story (I have cancer). She told me hers (she has had it too). We cried together and prayed together. She was a Godsend and precious in every way. She cares and loves so big! When she left my room, my heart was full, and so were my eyes. She is the epitome of this award. She is a bright light in this dark world. Shine bright, friend!
