Kristen has the biggest heart and soul I have ever met in this profession. She is so very, very loving, caring, sweet, thoughtful, understanding, patient, and goes above and beyond to help others, especially helping me.

I woke up with no understanding or knowledge of where I was or what was going on. I could not talk, barely move, and she calmed me down instantly. She made me laugh, she comforted me while I cried, and she did so much for me. Of all the nurses, she helped me the most. She is patient, kind, caring, loving, and has the biggest heart and soul for this job! I would have never made it through this whole situation if it had not been for her. She was there for me, as well as caring and loving for my family.
