I am a cardiac patient, and to me, when a cardiac patient makes their way to an emergency room, it's rather frightening as well as painful. Krista's bedside manner, in my opinion, actually assisted in my care in more ways than drawing labs and administering medications. Her sweet demeanor and temperament were very calming to me.

She truly had a positive effect on my outcome, and I was just so blessed to have her on this day when I felt my worst. She cared very much about me and my care. She truly stood out to me amongst her peers and colleagues as someone who truly gives medicine in this area a wonderful name. I commend her for what I feel sure is how she treats every single one of us, specifically those of us who feel so bad and are frightened by it.
