During my son's stay in the ICU following his heart attack, we were cared for by Nurse Krista Crashaw. In spite of how busy and intense the ICU environment can be, she was remarkably attentive, thoughtful, and receptive to my son's needs.

When my son had a particularly scary episode, she came in immediately, working quickly and calmly to stabilize him. Her professionalism and steady presence made an incredibly frightening moment feel as safe and secure as possible. Throughout his stay, she monitored his vitals and levels with a keen eye and never seemed to miss a single detail.

She showed patience and compassion, not just toward my son but toward our family as well. Her calm demeanor and confidence gave us a sense of comfort and trust that meant the world during such a difficult time. We will always be deeply grateful for the care, attentiveness, and humanity she showed us.
