It is my privilege to nominate Kiziah for recognition of her outstanding service. During my time on the Cardiothoracic Step Down unit, Kiziah provided care that was exceptional in every way. From the very beginning, she combined professionalism with genuine kindness. She was attentive, thoughtful, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of my care was handled with skill and compassion. Her calm presence and positive attitude created an atmosphere of trust and comfort, not only for me but also for my family. Kiziah has a remarkable ability to connect with her patients. She listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and always treats those in her care with dignity and respect. Her dedication, teamwork, and compassion reflect the very best of nursing practice.
