Kirsten is the most passionate, engaged educator I have ever met! She makes learning fun! She even makes it fun to get your team members engaged in doing their HealthStream, which seems like an impossible task, but somehow she bounces into the huddle. Her energy is contagious, and you just want to get everything done she is asking you to do! She is an amazing partner on the hard things like PIPs. Her compassion and the way she communicates with team members who are struggling with orientation is so wonderful, and I know they appreciate her. I know as a leader, I am in awe of her!
