Kinjal Talati, DNP, ACGNP-BC, FNP-BC
Dr. Talati never failed to go the extra mile for her students. Going back to the first semester, she was such a consistent presence to us as novice learners. It was so apparent the amount of respect that she had for all of us while we were working so hard to grasp challenging concepts. She was caring and patient and would even go as far as having phone calls with us after hours to ensure that we understood what she was saying.
She continued to be a crucial presence through semester 2, but even when she wasn't our instructor, she would still make her best attempt at helping us and making sure we knew she was there for us whenever we needed it, or she would guide us in the direction of someone who does. I think she is beyond deserving of this DAISY award, and I feel extremely blessed to have been able to learn from her throughout this program.

I will never forget the first day of class with Dr. Talati! Her teachings and passion for us students will never be forgotten. She changed my life; for her, I am so very grateful I had the opportunity to learn under such a talented and wonderful professor!

When I entered Term 3, Dr. Talati was not my instructor, but she still took the time to check in on me to make sure my studies were progressing well, which meant the absolute world to me because it showed me that she cares about my success. She has always been available when I had questions, needed advice, or needed words of encouragement. She is the best and deserves this award!
