Kim had four nominations submitted on her behalf this quarter, all from grateful patients. These nominations commended Kim for "going above and beyond" and described her as being friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Two of the nominations were submitted by mothers giving up their child for adoption, and expressed the impact Kim's thoughtfulness and empathy meant to the young mothers. Both mothers were most impressed with Kim's responsiveness to a sensitive situation and identified how she was able to create a comfortable environment and healing presence.

These positive experiences that Kim provided are a testament to extraordinary care. Kim is able to touch lives every day in the department she works in and this makes her a valuable member of the team and to the nursing profession.
