Before my procedure, Kim made sure that all my feelings were heard and that any concern I had was thoroughly addressed. She also made me feel so amazing during my spinal block.

 At one point, we had our foreheads together, and she was holding my hand. She was constantly lifting me up and letting me know how strong I was. Considering my last C-section was scary, she made me feel so much better going into this one. She made me feel like we were mother and daughter. I love the effort, care, and love she put into me and all I went through.
