I love Kimberly so much. She has been with all my babies who have been in NICU since 2022. So she's been with me. She had D in 2022. She had A in 2023. And she had my twin in 2025. So I am going to say this: she is the sweetest woman I know. She touched my heart. She is very encouraging, uplifting, and very inspiring. When my twin desaturated and got low, like to 26 percent on his oxygen, she was there, and that touched my heart. Every time she works and she does or doesn’t have him, she comes to check on me, give me a hug, and also check on my baby, all of them. I love the way she treats him and gives him her all.  I just love it. I wish she could be with him every day and all day. Like, I never had a bad day with her. She does her job and goes above and beyond. She does everything and more. She treats all her babies the same and also the parents as well. My babies were the smallest babies in the NICU. They are 12oz and 13oz, and she did her big one with them, and when baby B passed away, she was there. She gave me a shoulder to cry on. Told me everything will be okay. When they told me they couldn’t use my breastmilk at the time, she said Mrs. H, it is going to be okay. You got this. Pray and you got it. And I just love it. Love her spirit. I do.
