I have been chronically ill for over 20 years. I have been poked and prodded to the extreme, and by far the most difficult test I did was the toughest I've been through. Kimberly was the perfect example of compassionate care. She was able to do the job professionally, yet never once hesitated to help me through it and encourage me.

I really wonder whether I would've gotten through the procedure without her. She was a calm presence as she gave the instructions. She was patient, and of course, the most important thing for a nurse she was full of compassion and kindness. She made all the difference for this patient, and I am very grateful.
