Kim was excellent, and everything was well delivered. We feel like we made a new friend. We received the best care from many people, but Kim stood out among the Registered Nurses. If it were not for you, we would have been in the dark with the treatment underway. You took your time and explained everything clearly to my wife. You are very likable. You showed empathy and attention to detail.

As newcomers to the area in Pennsylvania, we recommend our medical center for the excellent treatment. With these results and your functioning as a nurse, I could not ask for more from you in the future. We are lucky to have her on your team. She went above and beyond caring for my wife, because that is important. The hospital is lucky to have her.

Before we left the room, we stopped and asked to go to her. Kim is upfront. She listened. She looked at me and understood, even when I didn’t ask. Before we left, she looked back up at her and explained that it is hard for my wife not to know what she is receiving. She explained the fear. My wife explained her greatest fear is medical pain. Stopping by to talk with them is important for health. It is overwhelming when you are new.
