Kim Randall, RN

Ms. Randall was nominated by her co-workers in the Perioperative Outpatient services area. She's been a member of the OP surgery team for many years. Not only does she support the patients and families in the surgical arena, but she also serves as the program director for the Northeast Georgia Technical College, RN program.

Ms. Randall also provides clinical supervision to students who come to the facility for clinical rotations. Prior to this award, Kim was a DAISY nominee for a different quarter. Her winning nomination stated: "Always gives compassionate care. She takes her time to ensure her patients feel comfortable and educates them in a way anyone would understand. She is very passionate about and fiercely dedicated to nursing, is a strong advocate for patients, and one of the most caring individuals we know."
